Nima is a true professional and is excellent in guiding you through the real estate process. The market is tricky now and he did not over promise which I really appreciate. That being said, he still gave our listing the attention it deserved so we never felt like an after thought. He listened and was quick to react when necessary. His team, specifically Katia, was also excellent at communicating and see trying realistic expectations, which again, is very needed in this market. Would highly recommend and would use their services again.
